Assessing our Performance
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing high quality integrated services which meet our clients' needs, William Buck periodically conducts client surveys to seek formal feedback on our performance.
The results are reviewed by William Buck's partnership group and are used to identify areas of continuous improvement in our service delivery.
As a matter of course, we also seek client feedback on an ongoing basis through our close client management.

William Buck Survey (Business clients)
- William Buck performed very well against client expectations measured on the firm's value
- Of the six values measured, client focus and depth of experience are the two outstanding areas in terms of both level of importance and William Buck performance
- The progressive/innovative value was one of the lower scoring values. There were indications that this is important to clients, but they do not generally expect this from a typical accounting firm
- Knowing that the firm is driven by vibrant and enthusiastic leadership is also important to clients and the firm has scored particularly well on this level

- William Buck Financial Services performed exceptionally well against client expectations with an overall satisfaction rating of 4.7 out of 5, setting a high standard of customer satisfaction for the industry
